Gen Y: Navigating the Generational Divide
Friday, March 1, 2013 @ 8:30 am – Noon
Florida Gulf Coast University, 1201 Lutgert Hall
10501 FGCU Blvd S.
Gen Y, the largest demographic age cohort in the United States, ranges from current teens through people in their early thirties. Gen Y is technologically savvy, highly mobile and hungry to build careers while delaying families. Their choices about where they want to live and how they want to live are different than previous generations. Register now for this cutting-edge program about this generation, and how we can attract and keep them in Southwest Florida.
Gregg Logan, Managing Director, RCLCO will provide an in-depth look at how shifting demographics are changing future real estate opportunities, with a particular focus on the influence of the children of the Baby Boomers, the 80-Million Strong Millennial Generation.
Mr. Logan's presentation will be followed by a panel of SW Florida leaders talking about how they are working to attract and keep Gen Y in SW FL.
